The top-end Camaro SS will feature a 6.2-litre V8 engine with active fuel management engine that produces 426 bhp at 5900 rpm whereas the torque is 278 Nm at 5100 rpm. The sportscar will feature an automatic transmission with active fuel management.

With the price tag of Rs. 50 lakh, it will compete with the likes of Mercedes Benz E Class that starts from Rs. 47.4 lakh and goes up to Rs. 1.3 cr, along with Jaguar XF, Audi TT, etc. All of these cars have best of the features and they compete on a totally different level. Camaro is a car that defines its own rules and why not! It has the power and capability to do that with confidence and ease. The wait for the car is definitely going to be quite difficult because the Indian auto market definitely would love to lay their hands on this piece of machine as soon as possible.
